Separate keyframes were designed in Illustrator taken to After Effects to create exactly 100 frames text, demarkation, other graphics added in Figma final design screen-printed on fabric scanned & taken back to After Effects (2025).

3D frames in Illustrator ASCII in After Effects RISO print smudged, strokes drawn by hand.

Inspired by grinding on a treadmill made using Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects.

Made using a camera, an IKEA Blanda bowl, and a mobile editing app.
